Time to bail. been with them for 2.5 years. Buy kilo at a time to last me couple of months for my hip pain. Decided to check around and found half a dozen reputable dealers selling similar strains at a 1/3 of the price.... really, a 1/3? My bad for not checking. Quality is ok I guess but I started and stayed with them so who knows. Last nail was when they didnt honor a 10% coupon they themselves sent me and I have spent thousands with them.

Good product but NO customer service!! Once you buy it you’re on your own. You have to pay a minimum two day shipping... but you get it when you get it.... period! They will not help you!!

the kratom itself is more importaint than all the hype and bs on the website and I have tried their kratom . Its stale. they dont put expiration dates on the bags so I have no idea how old this kratom is... All i can tell you is that what I received (red sumatra) tastes extremely stale, old and gives my stomach a feeling that tells me im taking old stale kratom . also left a horrible taste in my mouth compared to other kratom (and ive tried alot) I would not trust anything about happy hippo , looks like ill be throwing out this 150$ bag of kratom what a waste of money

First off I will say that Happy Hippo sells kratom of very high quality and potency. However, their marketing is based around a "speed chart" listing effects which do not correlate to reality (for their "fast" strains at least). Having enjoyed a highly stimulating White Maeng Da kratom blend from a different vendor in the past, I have been unhappy with the strongly sedative/depressant effect of both of Happy Hippo's "fastest" blends (Diamond Malay and White Maeng Da). Yes, these effects are with small doses, 1 to 2 grams as suggested. Deceptive advertising means that I will not buy again from this company, and discourage others who seek stimulating kratom strains from doing so as well.

There was an incident where due to a bug / extreme delay in Coinbase Pro displaying transactions and withdrawals, I ended up sending duplicate transactions of Etherium to pay for an order that expired by the time the ETH was sent out. Luckily I reached out to Happy Hippo Herbals and they honored my order and returned the rest of the ETH. I cannot say that many companies that accept cryptocurrencies would have done the same.
I also LOVE how they order / categorize their strains according to effects / how stimulating or sedating they are instead of just relying on the useless categorization of "red" "green" and "white" vein strains that most companies do. They have a chart ordering their strains from "slowest" to "fastest".
Even though they price their products at a premium, it is well worth knowing what you're getting, as there are many red-vein strains that are more stimulating than certain white-vein strains. (it is also important to take low doses for a more stimulating and motivating effect)
Look out for their sales, and consider using cryptocurrencies for further discounts.
Also it is worth noting that I have drastically reduced my prescription stimulant use (for ADD) using small doses of their more stimulating (or "faster" in their marketing lingo) kratom strains in combination with Agmatine to prevent tolerance buildup.
